I was having dinner with two new
friends (Wayne and Jennifer) last week.
They own a few businesses in my area.
Having spent time with them on three
previous occasions in the last few weeks,
I could tell something was bothering Wayne.
So at dinner I let the cat out of the bag.
I announced proudly..."I recently gave
my house back to the bank and it was
one of the best decisions I've ever made."
You should have seen their faces.
It was a "deer in headlights" moment for sure.
No one expected I would announce that
at a fancy dinner party...let alone with an
expression as if I had just won the lottery.
What happened next didn't surprise me.
The couple quietly announced that their
home was heading into foreclosure too,
and they had unanswered questions
and concerns.
For the rest of the evening the conversation
focused on creating their plan of attack...and eliminating Jennifer's concerns.
A few hours later I felt like we were
saying good night to two different people.
They were so thankful.
Then it hit me...
Why am I not giving the people I care
about most (people like you who read
my newsletter or have attended my
seminar) the same opportunity?
(Because I would be on the phone 24
hours a day...that's why...not fun.)
But then I started thinking...if I limited
access to just 100 people...I could do that.
So that's what I've done. I've created a very
limited opportunity to answer your specific
questions and concerns about bankruptcy,
foreclosure, credit, or whatever.
A few years ago I was lucky enough to begin
working with one of my favorite business gurus.
One of the benefits of our relationship is that
I was able to brainstorm with him over the
telephone.
But he wasn't cheap.
At first I questioned the value, because he allowed
our calls to only last 20 minutes each.
My first reaction was, "What could I possibly
accomplish in just 20 minutes?"
But you know what happened?
A lot.
Knowing I had only 20 minutes made me think
about what I wanted to talk about with him...and prioritize.
It got to the point where I looked forward to my
20 minute call, and I was prepared. We
accomplished a lot because the value he put
on his time forced me to do the same.
It was a valuable experience that I used for many
years.
He no longer offers the service to new clients...so I feel fortunate to be "grandfathered" in to
have access when I need advice.
So I've decided to make my time available in the
same fashion...in 20 minute increments.
HERE'S HOW IT WILL WORK
You can call into our office and speak with Holli directly or email her to schedule your time.
Simple, right?
So how much will this cost?
Just $249.
And you get two, 20-minute phone calls with me.
Limit of 4 calls per person.
I'm going to only accept 100 people for a very limited
time for this kind of access.
I plan to use what I learn in these calls to create a
new book dealing with unanswered questions after
bankruptcy. Everything you share with me will
remain confidential (unless you tell me in writing
otherwise).
And if you sign up today, I will send you a signed copy
of the new book when it's released next year.
Now, we just need a name for the group. When you
sign up, please make a group name suggestion.
